Why American Uranium?
Our Flagship Project
Lo Herma is AMU’s flagship and most developed project, leading our project portfolio and strong presence in the area. While it remains the first priority, AMU also holds GDB/Thor, Green Mountain and Henry Mountains, each offering potential for further growth across proven uranium districts. Located in Wyoming’s premier uranium basin, the 13,500-acre Lo Herma project hosts a defined 8.57 Mlb resource with substantial growth potential. A recent Interim Scoping Study confirms low-cost development potential with drilling ready to expand and upgrade the resource. Surrounded by major ISR producers and backed by strategic investors, Lo Herma reflects AMU’s high standards, ethical approach to mining, and dedication to supporting American uranium supply independence for future generations.
Why American Uranium?
Presidential Actions
In early 2025, the President declared a National Energy Emergency, ordered a rebuild of the nuclear industrial base, and streamlined energy-infrastructure permitting and funding. These actions prioritise American uranium supply and reinforce the national need for responsible, ethical production, creating strong policy momentum for AMU’s ISR projects.

Why American Uranium?
Domestic Uranium Demand
With federal targets to quadruple nuclear power production by 2050, the U.S. faces a huge deficit between uranium demand and domestic supply. Today, the country’s 94-strong civilian reactor fleet combined with military requirements requires around 47 Million pounds (Mlbs) of uranium oxide (U3O8) annually whilst current annual domestic production has fallen to less than 1 Mlbs. According to the US Department of Energy, annual U3O8 demand is projected to reach over 67 Mlbs by 2035. This shortfall, at a time when the US is racing to secure it’s energy independence underlines the opportunity for domestic ISR uranium projects like those held by AMU.

Why American Uranium?
Wyoming Advantage
Wyoming has the largest known defined uranium ore reserves and is a hot spot for the production resurgence. It holds the largest uranium endowment in the U.S. In Wyoming’s Powder River Basin, America’s premier uranium district, Lo Herma sits less than 10 km from Cameco’s Smith Ranch-Highland Hyland, the nation’s largest permitted uranium production facilityject. AMU is well-placed to operate here with consistency, transparency and respect for the land and community.
